Service-specific terms, rates, routing obligations, and performance standards are documented in those agreements. In the event of conflict between website terms and a commercial agreement, the commercial agreement prevails.
Limitation of Liability
NCOMANZI LOGISTICS LIMITED limits its liability for delays, losses, or damage arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to: port closures, customs authority decisions, carrier disruptions, extreme weather, or civil unrest beyond its direct operational control.
Liability for cargo loss or damage, where applicable, is governed by the terms of the relevant service agreement and the conventions applicable to the mode of transport used.
NCOMANZI does not accept liability for indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from delays or service interruptions attributable to third-party carriers, port operators, or regulatory authorities.
